What services do you offer?
Buying and selling homes, a step by step renter to owner plan, market analysis for homeowners, investor guidance, and life insurance planning that protects what you build. I am an agent with I Do Real Estate and a licensed life insurance agent.
How do I get started?

Do you help first time buyers and renters?
Yes. I build a simple renter to owner plan for your situation. We look at credit, realistic payment range, down payment options, and a timeline that fits your budget.
How do you help renters become owners without a big program?
We keep it simple. Check credit and income, set a monthly payment target, connect you with a lender, line up homes that match your numbers, and coach you through the offer, inspection, and closing. One clear plan, step by step.
I am an investor. Can you help with flips or rentals?
Yes. We define your buy box, run comps and simple ROI, and line up lenders, inspectors, and contractors so you can move fast.
How does life insurance fit into this?
Real estate builds wealth. Life insurance protects it. I can set a separate appointment to review protection, income replacement, and legacy strategies that match your goals.
Are you bilingual?
Yes. English and Spanish. Ask for any page or document in Spanish.
How is buyer agent commission handled now?
Sellers are no longer required to pay the buyer agent. We will review a buyer representation agreement and decide how the commission is covered — by the seller through the offer, by a credit, or by the buyer. We talk through options before you tour so there are no surprises.
What does it cost to list my home?
Commission is negotiated and paid at closing. Your listing includes pricing strategy, pro photos, MLS exposure, marketing, showings, and negotiation. Book a free consult for your exact plan.
Can you help me find off market or overlooked opportunities?
Yes. I work my network, coming soon listings, wholesalers, and local auctions such as sheriff sales. Nothing is guaranteed, but I will put you in position to see opportunities early.
Do you handle rentals or property management?
Rentals are case by case. I do not manage properties. If you need management, I can refer trusted partners.
What areas do you serve?
Lehigh Valley and nearby communities — Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, plus surrounding towns in Northampton and Lehigh counties.
How fast can I tour a home?
If you are preapproved, often within minutes to 24 hours depending on seller availability. If you are not preapproved yet, we can usually connect you to a lender the same day and schedule tours as soon as your preapproval is in.
